I really love pasta and I like to prepare it for my family and my guests.
I enjoy choosing all the fresh ingredients as well as I enjoy wandering the greengrocery’s stalls to find something special. Once bought my fresh products I usually need some time to let myself be inspired by them and try to prepare something new.
This recipe was born by chance, as often happens. I had to prepare a carbonara and I was sure I had all the necessary ingredients at home.
But when I opened the pantry to get the eggs, I realised I didn’t have them. On the other hand, I found a delicious pumpkin
